Shipping Policy

United States

We are not able to ship to PO Boxes via UPS.

US Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. US orders ship within 2 business days of full payment, but if order is placed prior to 3:00 PM Mountain Standard time, usually will be shipped the same day (Backorders not applicable). If you pay for 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, order will ship the same day unless order is placed after 3:00 PM Mountain Standard, or on the weekend, or a holiday, however expedited shipping methods are not guaranteed to ship out the same day. Shipping costs are not refundable in any circumstance. We now ship by UPS Ground within the lower 48 states, and USPS Priority Mail Signature Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and other US island territories.  We cannot ship to PO boxes. If you submit a PO Box we will contact you for a physical address.

NOTICE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT OR DELIVERED AND STOLEN FROM YOUR FRONT PORCH. We consider our end of the sale complete upon viewing the tracking of your package as showing it has been delivered.

Canada

Shipments to Canada are made twice to three times a week depending on sales volume. Canada shipments are made by UPS Standard, which typically takes 5 to 8 days. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Please be sure to see that if you order on backorder, this delivery estimate is from when it ships not from when it's ordered. Keep in mind tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours from the time you receive your email shipping confirmation until the time it tracks online.

UPDATE 2/9/2009:
Our shipping department has negotiated a deal with UPS which includes all shipments to Canada. The brokerage fees should be no more than US$10. This constitutes an average savings of about $40 per shipment.  Duties and taxes are still payable to your local government, which UPS will collect upon delivery.  Generally your total brokerage and duty should be around CAD$22, however you must contact your local UPS office to get the exact fee. 

Please be aware that you will be responsible for customs and brokerage fees when your order arrives (though the brokerage has decreased to $10). We are not responsible for duty, customs, or brokerage of any kind.

Tracking

US orders will receive a UPS tracking number or USPS delivery confirmation number (which does not track along the way typically, but will show delivered and is sufficient for legal reasons to combat fraudulent chargebacks) upon shipment of your order via a shipping confirmation email from info[at]ozonhair.com. Be sure to unblock this email address if you have spam filters. Canadian orders will receive a UPS Standard tracking number and track fully along the way.

Weather

As all companies, shipments are subject to weather conditions. Sometimes adverse weather conditions will cause shipping delays, or internet outages at our offices. We can't be held responsible for any weather delays. In the event you purchase expedited shipping, you cannot be refunded for the shipping and get the expedited shipping if it is delayed due to adverse weather. In the event you pay for overnight or 2nd day shipping, and your order does not ship out within 3 business days due to adverse weather, your shipment will go out on the next possible business day, and will be shipped via the method you paid for. Cherry Bomb

If your order contains between 1 and 4 bottles of Cherry Bomb without any irons, it will ship by USPS Standard Mail, and no tracking is available.
