Return Policy

Dissatisfaction

We are so confident you'll love this product, that if you are dissatisfied, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price! In this case we must be notified within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. If you return an iron that comes with free Cherry Bomb, the refund will be $9.99 less to compensate for the loss of the Cherry Bomb, even if unused, as it is not returnable because it is a consumable product.

If you return an item with free shipping, your refund will be $9.99 less for each iron returned to compensate for the shipping.

Damaged Goods

If your order is damaged in transit and you have proof, we will file an insurance claim with the shipping company. In this case, we will need to be notified within 24 hours of receiving your order, otherwise you waive your right to a claim. Beyond this time frame please refer to the warranty that came with your order. All orders purchased on ozonhair.com come with a validated 1 year warranty. If it is purchased on any other website including eBay, the warranty is void. The warranty covers 1 year of defects in materials or workmanship for repair or replacement at our discretion. Canceled Orders

If your order has not shipped out, and you would like to cancel the order, we can do so, just submit a request by contacting us. Please be aware that there is a $3 cancellation fee. Your refund will be less the $3 fee. This process is only eligible for unshipped orders. If it has already been shipped, you will have to return it via the return policy, and the refund will be in accordance with said policy.

Gift Wrap

The fee for gift wrap is not refundable in the event you return an order that has been gift wrapped. The iron itself can be refunded but the $5.50 cost of gift wrap is non-refundable.

Cherry Bomb

Cherry Bomb is a consumable product, and is therefore not returnable in any circumstance whatsoever.

Return Packaging

If you return an item and the original retail box is damaged, missing, or ruined, there will be a 5% restocking fee assessed to your order. This only applies to refunds.
