Before contacting us, please look throughout the packing peanuts for a small bubble wrapped bag that contains your Cherry Bomb. We double check each order to ensure you receive your extra bottle.

If you have looked and still did not find the bottle, you have 48 hours to notify us of the missing bottle, starting the time your tracking shows delivered. If you contact us after the 48 hour period, you will not be able to get a bottle shipped to you for free. If you are within the 48 hour period, and did not receive a bottle of the product, click here to contact us.
